ABOUT
I'M CHIARA ~SUSAN
My journey through life and my own personal experiences have taught me the most about how to support others in their own healing.
In addition to the integration of my life lessons as a daughter, sister, wife, mother and friend, I bring in the wisdom learned from my own professional training as a licensed therapist, educator, energy healer and Reiki Master Teacher.
Through all of my life experiences, I have learned how a safe space of being held and witnessed creates a sense of ease and peace that allows the body and mind to relax and is where profound healing occurs. I am honored to share this journey with you, through every wave of healing.
MY STORY
As I moved through life, I realized that what I wanted more than anything was to enjoy my experiences. I wanted to be able to settle into sweet and silly moments with my children, connect with my husband and feel the freedom of laughter and dance with good friends who really love me for being me.
I wanted all of this so desperately that I pushed away the bumpy moments and felt frustrated by the struggles.
At some point along the way, I realized that every struggle was for me, to learn more about me. The struggles showed me where I needed to heal and the things I could do for myself to find peace, joy, balance and harmony in every now moment.
The more I have listened to the signals that my body and nervous system are giving me, the more I have learned about me and how to heal in all ways.
The story of me stepping into my own sovereignty and the truest and most brilliant version of myself has been the healing medicine and wisdom that allows me to support you in your own healing journey back to the truest version of you and a life filled with peace, ease, balance and connection.
In The Becoming of Chiara
I was gifted the name of Susan at birth. This name has guided me through my human journey. It was there with me through all of the joy, laughter, struggles and tears. For most of my life, I believed that this role of Susan was all of me.
And then, at exactly the right moment, I discovered that the light of me, of my soul, had been around much longer than I had been in this body. I began to learn that this light had tremendous wisdom and a grand picture perspective.
This light was always there to watch over & protect me and wanted to help me in all ways.
This light wanted to help me play and to make my experiences more magical.
This light was my best friend.
Little by little, I began to let more and more of my soul’s light into my body. It began to help me heal and guide me forward along my path in all ways. After time, I realized that the more I let my soul guide and support me, the more synchronicities and magical moments occurred. The more of this light I invited into my life, body, mind, heart and consciousness, the more I began to become this light. I learned that as this light, I have a name, Chiara.
Both of my names, connect me across space and time, to the wisdom of my soul within this lifetime and the journey of my humanness becoming the expression of my soul’s light. As I allow myself to be this light of my soul, I get to embody all of this goodness, wisdom, sovereignty, strength, joy, love and peace. I get to be ME!
