TERMS OF SERVICE

Susan Stennis Layton, dba Chiara, Service Provider, provides Spiritual Life Coaching, in-person, on-line, live and recorded sessions, groups, meetups, retreats & trainings, Reiki, Energy Healing, Mindfulness, Movement, Meditation, movement exercises, herein Services. 

*Services do not include psychological counseling, even though Service Provider is a licensed therapist.

By registering for and/or using the Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site and online platforms associated with this site, you agree to these Terms of Service and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published and updated without prior notice.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  I agree to release Susan Stennis Layton, dba “Chiara” from any liability associated with any Services provided by her.

USER DISCRETION:  User is responsible for evaluating effectiveness of services and discontinuing use of services when deemed inappropriate and when risks out way benefits. Services should NOT be used (including but not limited to) when driving, operating machinery and performing tasks which require full attention and focus.

BENEFITS & RISKS: Possible benefits include increased healing, success, stress reduction, relaxation, release of old patterns and finding balance in life. Risks may include feeling an increase of symptoms and changes associated with the healing process.

DISCLAIMER:  These Services should not be used as a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment.

NO EMERGENCY SERVICES: Susan/ Chiara is NOT available for emergencies. If you are having a psychiatric emergency or need to speak to a mental health professional immediately, call the toll-free Crisis Hotline, or dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

SESSIONS: Please be on time for your session so that we can utilize our full appointment time. If you are running late, please call or text if you expect to be more than ten minutes late or session will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 hour cancellation policy is required for refund.
